Arizona Rock & Mineral Co. offers club and wholesale ordering options for model railroad clubs, modular groups, museums, hobby shops, and larger layout projects.
If your club or group needs a larger amount of ballast, scenery rock, dirt, cinders, or other model railroad material, we can help you choose the right products and order size for your project.
Club Orders
Club orders are a good option when several members need material at the same time, or when a club layout needs enough material for yards, main lines, scenery areas, industrial sections, or modular work.
Our club discount is available on orders of 50 bags or pounds.
Club orders receive 30% off qualifying material orders.
This works well for:
Model railroad clubs
Modular layout groups
Museum layouts
Large home layouts
Yard and main line projects
Group purchases for multiple members
Scenery workdays and club build sessions
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale ordering is available for hobby shops, dealers, layout builders, and other approved resale or bulk-use customers.
Wholesale orders are a good choice when you need repeat material, larger quantities, or product to sell to your own customers.
Wholesale orders may be useful for:
Hobby shops
Model railroad retailers
Layout builders
Scenery contractors
Museums
Large display layouts
Repeat bulk buyers
Why Order in Bulk?
Larger projects often use more material than expected, especially when working on yards, sidings, curves, wide ballast shoulders, scenery blends, or industrial areas.
Ordering more at one time can help keep the color consistent across the project and reduce the chance of running short before the job is finished.
Bulk ordering is especially helpful when multiple areas of a layout need to match.
Shipping Information
Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping.
We ship using USPS.
If you need material quickly, rush handling may be available on smaller orders under 40 bags for an additional rush fee.
