Do your railroad employees have a place to bring in their watches for repair?
A couple of crewmen from train 401 are sitting out in front of Olson Watch Repair. The engineer found a newspaper to read for passing the time. Fine Scale Miniatures provides scale size newspaper in some of their latter kits. I cut one of them out and placed it between the hands of the fellow. It’s this kind of detail that amuses me. The scene is one of my Downtown Deco blocks. How close can I get and have it still look like a newspaper?
An old part of town has rough streets and sidewalks made with my #1290 Concrete Paving Material. This matches the building with crumbling stucco. Notice the nice detail of Downtown Deco’s brick of which I applied mortar too.
