Hi – I’m new at this. I’m building a small n-scale switching layout and am at the point of needing ballast. I see you have a blue/grey N scale ballast. Can you provide any tips on how to apply this ballast (i.e., how to apply and how to bond it after it has been applied). Do you sell the bonding agent as well?
