Order #5392 November 27, 2019
This will be the third time I have asked about the status of the material I ordered. I have not received the products I purchased on Nov 27th. If they were mailed / shipped then I would like to follow up with you and the shipper to find out what happed to the order.
I have been sending messages to [email protected] also. If this is not the correct email please advice. In any event I would appreciate a reply one way of the other regarding my order. The purchase has already been processed through my credit card company so I don’t understand what has happened
